A day with Hello Chicks

  1. Morning: count

Enter eggs collected, dead birds, feed and water. About a minute.

  2. Day: sell

Note each sale, part payment or return against the buyer.

  3. Evening: confirm

The app reads your entries back. You check and save. Done.

What it helps you see

Most farms keep records in a notebook or in memory. Numbers go missing, buyers argue about balances and nobody can say what an egg really cost. Hello Chicks keeps the daily work short and does the arithmetic for you.

  • Daily diary that works offline

Write down eggs, dead birds, feed and water in a minute. No internet needed.

  • Hen-day rate and cost per egg

See how many eggs your birds give and what feed costs for each saleable egg.

  • Buyer ledger and payments

Know who owes you what. Record sales, returns, part payments and due dates.

  • Feed stock and reorder estimate

Track feed bought, used and left, and get a reorder estimate before you run out.

Works where the signal does not

Sheds are often far from a tower. Every entry is saved on the phone first and sent to the server when a connection comes back, so a bad network never costs you a day of records.

  • Works with no internet
  • Backs up after you sign in
  • Workers record; money stays with the owner

Who it is for

Owners and workers on commercial layer farms in India, starting with farms of roughly 4,000 to 10,000 birds. Owners see the money. Workers record the day, and see only what they need.

Hello Chicks is still in a pilot. It is not on the Play Store yet. We would rather say that plainly than promise results we have not measured.
